Steven Tuan Pham practices in the area of immigration, business and real estate litigation, and family law. Although Mr. Pham's primary experience has been in business and immigration law, Mr. Pham also has experience in family law. With respect to family law, Mr. Pham had assisted clients in contested and uncontested divorces. Mr. Pham's accomplishment in the area of family law included assisting an indigent client to obtain more than a quarter million dollars in money and property from her previous husband who wasted family's assets and defrauded her by hiding family assets. All this was accomplished even though a final decree of divorce was entered in favor of the defrauding husband.
Mr. Pham graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a psychology major and a business administration minor in 1997. Subsequent to his graduation, Mr. Pham worked as a business and human recourse consultant for Dell Computer, Online Staffing, Inc., Insource Group, Inc., and Kforce Professional Staffing, Inc. As a business consultant, Mr. Pham successfully managed, recruited, and maintained relationships with executives, hiring managers, and maintained accounts in aggregate of $500,000. In 2002, Mr. Pham attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Mr. Pham graduated from law school in May of 2005 and passed the TX bar in November of 2005.
